It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Jamberoo Golf Club member Ron Bampton whilst playing golf on Saturday 14 March 2015. Ron died doing what he had done on most Saturdays since joining the Golf Club in June 1998. We salute you Ron and say thanks for the opportunity of knowing you. We offer our condolences and best wishes to Ron’s wife and family and to his brother Norman and family.
We would like to recognise the efforts of Ron’s playing partners and others who worked on resuscitating Ron after his collapse.
