Oaks Automotive Open Ambrose Rules and Prize Schedule
RULES
All players tee off each hole. Decide as you walk to the balls which ball to play so as to keep play flowing. Select the best ball to play and mark its position. Players will play from this spot after placing their ball within one club length (10cm on Putting Green) of the selected ball (or mark).
If the position of the selected ball is in the rough, a sand bunker or a penalty area then the other players balls must be placed and played from the rough or same penalty area or sand bunker.
The golfer whose shot is taken is eliminated from participating in the next shot.
A player is only eliminated for the one shot following his/her selected shot.
This process continues up until the ball is on the putting green, and then all players have the opportunity to sink the putt.
All four players tee off the next hole and the elimination process begins again, until the ball is played onto the putting green.
Each team member’s tee shot must be used at least three (3) times per round including at least once on each nine. Record whose tee shot is used on the scorecard.
The eliminated player cannot take a practice shot while eliminated.
The scorecard must be signed by the marker and one other team member.
Nearest the Pin and Long Drive Grades:
