This picture shows Peter Saunders in the creek on the 10th hole.
He is not searching for his ball but head of his beloved 5 iron which parted company with its shaft. It took the searchers 3 attempts to locate the missing eventually found by Steven Rippon. Steven immediately rushed it to the golf equipment medical centre where he re-attached it to it’s waiting shaft.
I can report that the re-united pieces are well and back in action. I forgot to add that the ball did get over the creek although not in great fashion.
