24 players have nominated to play in the 2024 Individual Matchplay Competition and the draw has been completed with seedings determined by today’s qualifying round.
Round 1 sees 8 players receive a bye into round 2. The other 16 may now organise their first match which must be played by July 28. We have a busy weekend schedule so a mid-week game may be necessary. To find contact details for your opponent please consult the starters.
Round 2 must be completed by August 18, The Quarterfinals by September 1, and the semi-finals by September 8.

Jamberoo Golf Club
2024 Individual Matchplay Competition.
- This event is handicap matchplay open to all Jamberoo Golf Club members with a current GA handicap.
- Cost of entry is $16 – payable before your first match.
- All matches will be played with the benefit of full handicap difference using the balanced handicap distribution method – see link above.
- Players will use their current daily handicap for each match calculated from the BLUE course.
- All play will be from the mens blue tees or markers with a par of 67.
- Matches should be arranged at a mutually agreeable time. Contact the starter to obtain contact details of your opponent. Be aware of regular competitions, Open Events, and the Mens Championships which are played in July and August.
- Please communicate the result of your match to David Ransom at the conclusion of your match.
- Cut-off dates for each round are to be strictly observed.
- Winner receives $150, Runner up $100, beaten semi-finalists $50 each.
