Betty Chittick’s funeral is being held at the Kiama Pavilion on Tuesday 2nd May at 1pm. If you are attending would you wear the club shirt if possible.
To enable players in the Women’s competition to also attend the funeral I have sought permission from Nick to play from 7am on Tuesday. So you can both play and attend the funeral.
Because many players will be going to the funeral the decision has been made to not have lunch (sandwiches & slice) after golf on Tuesday. If you wish you can order a sausage roll or pie.
Betty was an important part of Jamberoo Golf especially women’s golf, so I hope as many as possible will be able to attend the funeral to pay respect to her.
