Jamberoo Open Postponed

Despite reasonable weather forecasts for the rest of the week there are too many of our holes still very damp and not in good enough condition to host an important Illawarra Open Series event like the Jamberoo Open.

Consequently it has been decided to postpone the Jamberoo Open until later in the year, probably to be played in conjunction with the Junior Open, on October 30 (to be confirmed).

It is unfortunate but we wish to present our course in top condition and without teeing up through the green.

We look forward to seeing Kiama’s Toby Cullen defend his title in the near future following his impressive 65 off the stick last year.

Defending Champion, Toby Cullen.

Play will still be possible Wednesday and Saturday on a shortened course for those prepared to walk. Motorised carts at the moment are still not possible.

The Mens Club Championship, scheduled to start on August 6 and August 7, will still be contested as planned.

Captain
