NOTICE TO MEMBERS
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of members of the Jamberoo Golf Club Limited will be held in the club rooms on Wednesday 22nd August 2018, commencing at 7.30 pm.
AGENDA
(a) To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Jamberoo Golf Club Ltd held on 23rd August 2017.
(b) To receive and consider the Report of the Board.
(c) To receive and consider the Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Statement and Report of the Auditors.
(d) To declare and confirm the Board for the ensuing year.
(e) To deal with any other business brought forward in accordance with the Club’s Articles of Association.

Special Business – Geoff Boxsell Proposed Life Membership
‘The Board of Jamberoo Golf Club unanimously propose that Geoff Boxsell, a long and loyal servant to our club, be granted Life Membership. Geoff has been on the Board since the clubs inauguration in April 1981. Geoff has been an immense contributor filling the onerous role of Secretary for a significant part of his time on the Board.
After 21 years of exceptional and dedicated service to the club Geoff is intending to stand down from the Board at the August Annual General Meeting. In accordance with Article 9 of Jamberoo Golf Clubs Articles of Association the Board hereby gives notification to its members that it will recommend to the membership attending that meeting that Geoff Boxsell be elected as a life member of Jamberoo Golf Club.’
