Jamberoo Mens Open.

This Saturday sees the playing of the Mens Open. For this day 30cm preferred lies will only be allowed on fairways. Free drops from flood damaged areas will be allowed in the general sections of the course.

This does not include those cleared, bare sections at the bases of trees. Play it as it lies

In the rough it will be play as it lies.

Please also note that the maximum daily handicap will be 36. If yours is greater than that then it will be adjusted to 36 for the day. It must be noted that Golflink will use your usual handicap for handicapping purposes.

Handicap grades for the day are:

A Grade 10 or less; B Grade 11-18; C Grade 19-36. Gross and Nett prizes will be awarded for each grade.

Special flags will be used on the greens which are white in colour. The usual Red, White, Yellow will not be evident.

Nowra Gala Day.

Jamberoo Women were successful at the Nowra Gala Day. It was a 3BBB Stableford Par 3 event.

Both teams who entered were successful on the day. Congratulations to Marie Smith, Kim Oborn and Barbara Costello.

The team of Gail Rutledge, Helen Wainwright and Pam Middlebrook were victorious overall with the score of 85pts.

Well done, Jamberoo teams.
