Course was closed but lots happening other than green staff working.
Ladies had not seen each other for months so decided to have a social morning tea. It was noisy and great. Raised money for Ovarian Cancer.

This Saturday we will be able to open 13 holes but we will be playing them in a unusual order.
well done to our dedicated green staff.
The order of play will be 1 then 3, 4, across to 10 then 8, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and finishing on 18.
Stableford with 1 club length preferred lies in the general area. Bunkers will be in play.
Use your handicap shot allocation for each hole. ie the black dots.
Cost will be $12 per player.
It will be great to get back on the course.
I’m sorry to announce that the course will be closed again Wednesday and Thursday.
Further news for Friday and the weekend will follow when I am informed.
I have had news today that John Ellsmore is not well and will be having an operation in hospital this Tuesday.
John is the driving force behind the beautiful gardens at the course and we wish him well on a successful and speedy recovery.
For those of you who don’t know, Bryan aka “Fingers” or “Slugger” passed away on the 12th of April.
For those who would like to attend Bryan’s funeral, it will be held on the 27th April at 10am, at Hansen and Cole in Kembla Grange.
A link to a live stream of the funeral will be posted at a later date.
I for one am sick of our flooded course full of puddles and mud.
Here are some more pleasant pictures. This is what we have to look forward to.
Soon we will be out there playing on our most picturesque course.
