Lady veteran golfers attract a grand field for their Open
72 players have registered to play this coming Thursday in the Lady Veterans Open day.
It will be a ‘shotgun start’ for the 3 person countdown event. Organiser Lorraine Cram is very happy with the size of the field and is looking forward to an exciting event. Welcome to all the visitors, we hope you enjoy the golf and company at Jamberoo.
Mixed Open set to go
Sunday the 31st sees 14 pairs battle it out for the Jamberoo Mixed Open trophy. All teams are primed for a good showing in this Canadian Foursomes event.

Beautiful weather attracted many golfers to our wonderful course, although it was a tad windy on Wednesday! The Jamberoo Men’s Open attracted a very strong field with 47 golfers off a handicap of 10 or less. B grade and C grade players were also well represented.
The A graders didn’t find the course that easy with the winning score being 68. One ‘scratch’ marker was left scratching his head after he compiled a 99!! The nett winner was Jamberoo’s own Phil Hahn with a great 67 nett.
The Aggregate stableford on Saturday was a lot of fun with the team format. The winners managed 70 points after both had 35. The scrutineers are taking a close look at the card! The two minor places were taken by the usual culprits, Paul R and Ron H and Paul O’L and the Tony pony.
The Ladies competition on Tuesday continues to be the ‘Jenelle’ show after she maintained her impressive form to win again.
