If you feel that you would like to be involved in these representative teams please place your name on the relevant list. We are planning to pick teams early December so don’t leave it to the last moment or you may miss out.

We wish each team great success for the upcoming season and especially  the WHC team who defend their title.

2. Like a lot of members Bernie McGlinchey and Ron Chilby like to match each other each time they play. Both have similar handicaps and normally play quite well leading to close encounters. Often the sledge is on so it was with surprise today that Bernie was heard praising Ron after their game, “well played Chills”. The reporter did not mention if the utterance was said through gritted teeth or not!

3. Congratulaions to the organisers of the Camp Quality Charity Day held last Tuesday. All reports are of a wonderfully successful day.

cheers,

Dave R
