We had a top day with the Trevor Bell Memorial Shield round at Port Kembla on Monday 5th August.
Jamberoo had a team score of 222, highest of any team so far this season, and have almost made up the 40 point gap to Links Shell Cove. The gap is now 4 points.
Jamberoo is in second place 24 points ahead of Port Kembla.
In the daily competition, the winner was Ron Chilby with 41 points, R/Up was Rob McLean with 40 points on a countback and in fourth place was Peter Francis with 39 points.
The next round is a home game on 22 August. Lets hope the weather remains fine and the winds are mild.
