It is with sadest tidings that I inform the members of Jamberoo Golf Club of the passing of long time member Lew Dare this morning after a prolonged fight with cancer.
Lew was dedicated to the club and a former Club Director. A talented golfer, Lew was the winner of the A Grade Gold medal in 2009 and 2010 and Mens Veterans Champion in 2013.
He will be sadly missed by many.

Very sad news. I spent many years on the Club Board with Lew, he being Vice Captain for a period. I have missed him over the last couple of years as his health and COVID forced his retirement. The Club has lost a stalwart.
