Great Opportunity to Assist the Club

A great opportunity for members to help at the club.

Do you have a spare morning or afternoon? We currently have vacancies in the club for members who wish to help the club by becoming starters.

It is a great way of meeting members and seeing how the club operates. The work doesn’t require excessive skills and all training will be given on how to operate bookings, eftpos and membership enquiries.

Volunteers receive out of pocket expenses per shift.

If you are interested come along and join our team. Contact Peter Young or any of our other dedicated starters or ring the Office.

Welcome to Solar Blu

Jamberoo Golf Club would like to welcome a new sponsor, SolarBlu Dapto, who have sponsored 2 holes.

SolarBlu our very own local Discount Solar and Battery installation company established in 2010; and with an office and showroom at 1/20 Marshall St Dapto, has sponsored both, the Windmill, (8th) and Bella Vista (14th).

Phil Symonds, the owner of SolarBlu, has recently become a Jamberoo resident, (non golfer), and has succumbed to pressure, from his Salesman Peter J Allen (new member, joined just last year) to sponsor these holes.

SolarBlu have been in the Solar industry for 13 years; primarily serving the Illawarra and surrounds and are unsurpassed in knowledge and experience in their field of Solar Power and storage.

They employ 2 full time fully licensed and CEC (Clean Energy Council) accredited, installation teams – not sub contractors, but actual uniformed employees of SolarBlu.

Often called upon to fix up problems from installation companies from outside the area, who, have either gone belly up or just plain refuse to uphold their responsibilities to warranty and customer Service; Whilst SolarBlu themselves have not had a panel failure or warranty claim.

You may well have come across Peter on the course with his admirable Golf Link handicap of 43.2!
