Conditions of Play – Saturday 17th of June

All 18 holes will be open for play.

Play from the white tees.

Local Rules

  • 30cm preferred lies are available on fairways only. A free drop is available from any ‘brown’ or bare area in the general area of the course.
  • On the 12th if your tee shot ends in the muddy patch in the middle of the fairway you can take a free drop using unusual course condition (casual water) provisions.
  • On the 16th you will notice that the collapsed bank has been blocked from entry. This area is to be treated as a no play zone. If your ball enters that area, then it is in the penalty area and a compulsory penalty drop must be taken from the drop zone which can be found near the palm trees, short and right of the lake.

For safety reasons, you are not permitted to enter the cordoned off section at all, even if your ball is visible. If you do so, then you are automatically disqualified. Please stop any person you see about to break this local rule.

  • All bunkers are in play.
  • Motorised vehicles can be used, and you may drive a motorised vehicle over the bridge on 16.
  • Please be aware of any wet or muddy areas and keep well away from greens and tees.
  • Nearest the pins on the 7th and 13th holes.
  • The Oaks Automotive ‘eagles nest’ played on the third. Hit a shot within 1.05 metre and win 9 balls.

The new work around the ninth green, involving the installation of root guard and returfing, has been completed. The freshly returfed area is compulsory GUR and free relief must be taken at the nearest point not closer to the hole.
