The C Pennant team has qualified for this year’s final with a fantastic win over SGB.
Great wins to David Ransom 3/2, Ron Chilby 4/3 and Chris Leckey 3/2 have cemented a spot in the final.
Tim Young’s No.1 match was all square after 16 when he received the news that the team had won, so going down by 2 was not a true indication of his efforts.
Our only undefeated player Andrew Ball this year had his 1st loss today 5/4……which in my books is the perfect week to get that monkey off your back.
The “C” Pennant team has had to wait 8 years since our last final appearance and we will doing our best to get that elusive Pennant home.

B Pennant Report
The B Pennant team have reached the final after a sensational semi-final performance last Sunday at Kiama Golf Club. Playing the Links Shell Cove our team won 4 matches to 1 and will now play The Grange in the final this Sunday at the Heads.
Each match was decisively won and the team is primed for a good showing in the final.
At number 1, Adrian Bell, won the first 6 holes and won eventually 6/5. Jarrod Gehrmann at number 2 won easily 5/3, Captain Tony Panecasio had a great 5/4 victory at number 3 and Pat Paris leading out also won 5/4. Pete Munro suffering from nightshiftitis lost his match 5/4.
Great support was given to the team by Anthony Smith, John Paul and Ray Orr on the day.
The club wishes to congratulate the team on a great performance to date and wishes them all the best on the weekend.

The B’s are off at 8:10. The C’s at 8:45 and the world renowned Cow Pats at 9:10. Be good to see some member numbers there to support the players.
