Kiama Garden Competition.
Our beautiful course has won 2nd prize in the recent Kiama Garden Club Competition—Community Garden Section.
Our hard working Garden Organiser, Margaret Stephens attended the Presentation of Awards. We thank Kiama Council for their sponsorship.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the garden volunteers who give their time so generously and keep the course looking beautiful. It is a credit to you all.Congratulations also go to Ros and Trevor Phillis (a member) who was runner-up in The Best Front Garden with a Rose Feature. Well done.
Entries for the 2013 Matchplay Championships, both individual and fourball are now open.
Entry is open to all members and everybody is encouraged to participate in these handicap matchplay events. Those members who have an interest in representing the club in pennants are especially encouraged to enter.
Entry sheets are located in the Golf Shop. Please give your phone number (mobile is preferred) to enable communication between players.
An Entry fee of $7 per player is payable at the commencement of your first match.
All matches are to be played by the scheduled date. The first-named player in any match (ie the player whose name is on top) should contact his opponent to organise the match. If there is any delay then it is the responsibility of players to contact the captain to inform him of the delay. Otherwise matches may be decided by the toss of a coin.
Entries close 30th April.
Membership renewals are due on the 1st June 2013.
There will be a small increase in fees, I’m sure all members will appreciate fees have remained the same for the last 2 years, whilst costs have continued to rise.

On top of our great performance in last year’s Trevor Bell Shield , the boys will be looking to do one better this year, last year we finished a creditable 2nd behind Pt Kembla.
