THERE’S good news for Jamberoo Golf Club members with the Board deciding to resist cost increase pressures and leave membership fees unchanged for the 2012/2013 financial year.
That means Adult membership remains at $420 for the coming renewal period with Intermediate (18 – 24 years) $210 and Juniors remaining at $60.
Members of nearby clubs such as The Links Shell Cove and Port Kembla have recently been receiving notification of some quite hefty increases so some might be casting a yearning eye towards the always picturesque and friendly Jamberoo valley.
There is currently a Membership Special at Jamberoo with anyone signing up now getting over 13 months membership for the price of 12. Anyone joining now not only gets the unchanged 2011 price but also has their membership valid until 1st June 2013.
If you have friends thinking of joining a club or switching clubs, let them know about it.
Jamberoo Club Boards have a long history of keeping membership and competition fees as low as possible and of only increasing them when absolutely necessary.
The course has seen huge improvements over the years and a number of recent enhancements are a tribute to the Board, the very dedicated Greens Staff and the many volunteers who make the operation of the club possible.
