CONGRATULATIONS to Phil and Loretta who represented Golf Illawarra and Jamberoo Golf Club in the recent finals of the NSW Keno Mixed Fourball Championships which was held at the tough Bonville Golf Resort from the 9th to the 12th of September.
Loretta and Phil won their way into the final by first qualifying in the top three at Jamberoo before taking out the Illawarra finals at the Highlands Golf Club at Mittagong.
Although not winning the Greens put up an excellent showing scoring 39 points in the first round to trail the overnight leaders by only 3 points. A second round 35 points saw them finish a credible 13th only 8 points behind the winning pair from Richmond.
