AFTER the announcement of the new Australian Prime Minister last week the Photoshop experts at the Daily Cow – clearly with too much time on their hands – got to wondering what Julia Gillard would look like as a man.
In particular, they thought, what would the new Prime Minister look like is she were a “middle-aged” male Jamberoo golfer.
In the end, they swear blind, it didn’t take as must time and effort as they thought it would to come up with a convincing projection.
They say all they did was remove the trademark red hair, replace it with some more manly short dark hair, add a bit of stubble, and Photoshop on a Jamberoo golfing vest.
The result of their painstaking makeover is printed below. It’s truly uncanny.

The hair is obviously fake. The Photoshop artists didn’t do a very good job with that. They’ve added too much to the ears as well.
At least they got the nose exactly right
