ANOTHER eagle has been recorded at Jamberoo. During the Golf NSW 4BBB Qualifying Round held on the 10th of May, Andrew Craddock achieved a 3 on the 12th hole. Well done Andrew.
GOLF NSW 4BBB
Club qualifiers from this event were Brian O’Hare and Tim Condon with 50 points, Simon and Matt Tedeschi with 49 points and Neil Higham and Doug Perry with 48 points on a countback. Congratulations to the winning pairs who now represent Jamberoo at the district playoff at Highlands Golf Club on Sunday 3rd of August. The winning pair at this event gets to represent the Illawarra in the State finals over 36 holes at The Bonville Golf Resort near Coffs Harbour between 7-10 October. All expenses are paid at this event.
Keno Mixed 4BBB
On Sunday 18th of May the Keno Mixed 4BBB club qualifying round was played after its initial postponement. The winners on the day were Di Morosin and Tom Persson with 46 Points, closely followed by Loretta and Phil Green with 45 points. Third place was recorded Robyn Gregson and Lance Fredericks with 44 points. All three groups progress to the next round of qualifying at the Highlands Golf Club on Sunday July 13. The winners of this event also qualify for the state finals at Bonville (again all expenses paid)
Jamberoo Mixed Open
Don’t forget the Jamberoo Mixed Open on the 15th of June. Nominations are being taken in the Golf Shop.
