Another perfect morning saw 75 of our Monday Vets hit the fairways in a shotgun start to celebrate the conclusion of the 2022 Veterans Golf year and to celebrate Christmas.
Hams, Wine, Chocolates and Scotch were up for grabs for the winners in the competition and to the lucky raffle winners.

In the formal part of proceedings the 2022 Barry Walker Shield was presented to Bob Neilson by Veterans President Lance in recognition of Bob’s solid performances throughout the year. Bob having the largest aggregate number of points over the year. Congratulations Bob.
Today we celebrated the commraderie of our Vet members and Christmas. We hope you had a great day and enjoyed your golf, free bbq and low comp fee. A little reward for all of you.
2022 has been a difficult year compromised weatherwise with floods and now a drought. The thing that did not compromise was the fellowship and goodwill of our Veterans, with members enjoying competition with friends and their fellow vets on our beautiful course.
We look forward to 2023 with high hopes.
