Congratulations to Ian Lewis who scored a hole-in-one on Monday in the Veterans Stableford.
Playing the newly re-opened ninth, Ian selected an 8 iron and was pleased to make good contact with the ball. Looking up he noticed it was heading towards the hole.
To his and his playing partners amazement the ball landed on the green took one bounce and disappeared into the hole.
For hitting the perfect shot Ian will receive a cap, a bottle of wine, and a commemorative certificate from GolfNSW, have his name enrolled on the hole-in-one page on our website, and, from the club, receive a special award of 6 balls and trophy in celebration of the ‘perfect shot’.
This was Ian’s 3rd hole in one, well played and congratulations.
Saturday Junior Golf at Jamberoo
Every Saturday afternoon junior members of the club are invited to play in a special junior competition at the club.
Commencing at 1pm come along and play 5 holes with your fellow juniors and enjoy the opportunity to play in an organised competition. No handicap – no worries, all standards of players, from beginners to proficient, are welcome. Learn the rules and etiquette as you play.
Book on line and groups will be organised on the day.
Cost is just $6.

School Holiday Golf Clinic
Friday July 8, 10am to 1.30pm
Have some golf and footgolf fun in the school holidays for juniors aged from 10 to 17.
Play Footgolf (soccer balls provided) and golf activities for a small fee of $22 with 1:30 pm finish.
