Memorial Garden

In recognition of the years of dedication to the gardens and surrounds of Jamberoo Golf Club it is proposed that the 6th tee garden be renamed on a suitable plinth and plaque as “The John Ellsmore Memorial Garden”. This garden was the pride and joy of John who spent many hours pruning and caring for this beautiful place.

Members enjoy a photo opportunity at the garden

We will also need some new volunteers to maintain that garden.

And some new volunteers for general garden maintenance to help our existing small team which include Pam Middlebrook, Sue Paul, Lieve Stassen and Jeff Draper.

The team look after our gardens, keeping them in fantastic shape. Presently they work on the shop precinct, 1st tee, 2nd green, hedges behind the 4th green, 5th tee, 9th/10th tee, 15th tee, 16th green/17th tee, 2nd/18th tee complex among others. If you have time to help or you are interested then please talk to Pam Middlebrook or give your name to one of our friendly starters.

A great way to contribute to your club.
