Course Re-Opens Saturday

The good news is that a 14 hole course will be in play this Saturday. A Medley Stableford will be contested.

The 17th hole will be played from a shortened tee as a par 3. Look for the tee down the fairway. It will measure 120 metres.

  1. Liked to see the inclusion of “Holes in one” on the Web pages, would love to see mine included. 7th hole 24/10/12. The other 2 were unfortunately before March 2012. Regards

    1. Hi Dave by the way. Recently had 2 rounds on shortened course after it has been opened up and it is an absolute credit to Nick and his Green Staff for their efforts over the last couple of months to get the course back to some sort of normality after the recent record rainfall. Sometimes their efforts go unrecognised and the hard work put in by these people should be highly commended.
A personal thank-you from myself and here’s hoping for some clear drying weather to fully reopen the remaining holes and ask that our members patronise our club during this transitional period back to having it fully playable.

  2. Thanks for letting me know. I will add it at once. THat’s many more than I ever achieved. Well done.
