Hams Day
A great day to be on the course today with the added incentive for the men of playing for a ham.
This follows the Ladies Hams Day late last month and the Lady Veterans last Thursday.
The hams are being delivered to the Golf Club at 8 am on Tuesday 12th of December. As there are no cold storage facilities at the club you need to arrange their pickup at this time.

Cows invade Course
A report has reached me that last Wednesday evening some cows invaded the course from along the Minamurra River stampeding across the 12th and 13th greens. Luckily greens-man Warren Duncan was nearby and herded them from the course averting more serious damage.
Suspiciously a cowpat was found nearby!
Nearest The Pins and Super Shot
Each competition day members have a chance to win nearest the pin prizes of 2 balls and drive and pitch prizes in their grade. Your competition entry fee pays for these.
However to enter the Super Shot you must pay an additional $2 charge.
If you have not entered and signed the entry sheet in the golf shop before you commence your round you are ineligible to win the prize.
Don’t put your name down on the card near the green unless you have entered.
Pay your money and give yourself a chance. Often the prize is around the $100 mark so it is well worth winning.
