NOTICE TO MEMBERS
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS 2017/18
Members are hereby notified that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Jamberoo Golf Club Limited will be held on Wednesday 23rd August, 2017.
Nominations are now invited for the following positions on the Board of Directors:
PRESIDENT
VICE PRESIDENT
CLUB CAPTAIN
CLUB VICE CAPTAIN
TREASURER and
SEVEN (7) BOARD MEMBERS.
Nominations must be in writing and signed by two (2) full members of the Club as well as the nominee.
Full members may nominate for all positions and if not elected to one will automatically go into the Ballot for the next position in the order listed above.
Ladies being full members are eligible for all positions.
Nominations which will close at 5.00 pm on Wednesday 26th July 2017 should be delivered by hand to the Golf Club Office or posted to the Secretary at the address shown below.
Nomination forms are available at the Golf Club Office.
Please Note – Under Article 77(g), the position of Secretary is filled by the Board, not through election by members.
