The draw for the 2026 Mens Matchplay Championship has now been finalised and is published below. One amendment has been made following the late withdrawal of a player, with a replacement competitor added to the field.
Players involved in Round 1 are now requested to make arrangements for their matches. Both competitors should contact their opponent directly to organise a mutually suitable playing time. Contact details are available from the starter.
The entry fee of $20 is payable prior to the commencement of your first match.
We wish all competitors the very best for the championship and trust that everyone enjoys the matchplay experience throughout the event.
Round 1
Round 1 matches must be completed by Sunday 21 June 2026.
Handicaps
All matches will be played using the full handicap difference under the balanced handicap distribution method. Handicaps are based on the Blue Course. Players will remain on the same daily handicap (refer club noticeboard) unless their handicap is reduced during the course of the championship. In such cases, players will compete from the reduced handicap for the remainder of the event.
All play will be from the Blue Markers.
Upon completion of your match, please record the result on the championship draw displayed on the noticeboard and advise the Starter and the Club Captain of the result.
