If we are going to have one club with a diversity of members then we need all to be involved under the same conditions. If minor modifications are required then that needs to be reviewed.

The maximum number of strokes should be determined by the match committee and it should be for all members, again if for whatever reason male / female competitions that number should be consistent. Let the Golf Australia handicap system do it’s roll
