Thank you to the 15 members who gave up their morning to help clean-up the Course, Sharyn & Italo, Cheryl & Chris, Sylvia & Glen, Jeff, Gary, Bruce, Phil, Alan, Rob, George & Trevor. The weather was kind and made for a very successful working bee.
Some of the tasks achieved were scraping the mud from the front of the 7th green and divots filled on the 7th tee. The 16th bridge had all the deck timber lifted and lots of the debris on the 12th and 14th fairways was removed. Also, there was a big tidy-up at the 2nd tee. Our weekly gardeners were also busy clearing and landscaping the bromeliad gardens and behind the 5th tee.
On behalf of the Club we thank each of you, and our regular workers, who have given of their time to assist the Green staff.
NB. The Green Staff were able to complete their own clean up mulching the trees recently removed by the arborist on the 2nd fairway.
