The Jamberoo Pennant teams, both male and female, showcased the strength of our club, not just in golfing prowess but in the spirit of camaraderie, teamwork and fair play that defines us.
Always respectful of our opponents, Jamberoo Pennant teams showed unwavering encouragement among themselves and played with determination, proud to represent the club.
Today we celebrate the Womens Silver Pennant team.
Congratulations to the Jamberoo Women’s Silver Team who were crowned the 2025 WGI Winners today.

The team consisted of Lynette Kuskey, Gail Rutledge, Margaret Cook, Joanne Burke, Jenelle Anderson, Kim Gray, Shirley Dixon and Jenny Strong (missing from the photo).

Silver was trying to have a loss – free season and just fell short, losing 2-3.
BUT THEY STILL WON THE PENNANT – well done to all of the players who played for silver – well deserved!!

Well done to every player putting her hand up to play pennants this year.
For a small club having 4 teams representing us was a great credit – but to do so well with both bronze teams vying for the final berth and the SILVER team winning – we surely punched above our weight.
